This Electric Halogen Oven Cooks 2-3 times faster than a standard oven. Hot air circulation cooks and browns food quickly and evenly with healthy cooking – no oil or fat required to grip the outside of your meat keeping it wet on the inside of the removable glass bowl. Makes cleaning roasts, toast, baked goods, grills, pans, browns, barbecues, reheats and easier to use – just set the timer and temperature. Economical, portable and easy to carry

• Glass Bowl : Almost all turbo ovens have a glass bowl and this is actually the furnace itself.
• The fan : it then has a cover where the fan is located. The cover also has the heating element. On top of the lid you have manual or digital control.
• The base plate : sometimes the oven will have the base plate and in this case the oven bowl will fit into the plate.
• Wire rack: you will find the wire rack placed in the bowl and then the lid placed on top. You can find other models having an expansion crust placed before the lid. This ring helps you when you want to cook larger dishes like whole chicken or turkey.
